maybe it was too early in the morning.

Bought a round trip to/from airport. Picked up on time and went directly to the airport. Return from airport a little confusing about waiting for another driver or going with the driver with several people in the van.

They had been on time the last 4 times and while they took different routes to the airport I eventually got there. Unfortunately, I will never use them again b/c my 5th and final use the driver did not have the ability to take a credit card. He did not to tell me this before I got into the vehicle. He had a smart phone but said he forgot his and quot;squareand quot; adaptor and could not take a paper cc payment. He told there was an ATM inside the airport that I could use to pay him. Sounded like he had done this before. I had to leave my 3 bags at the curb (with him) walk across the entire airport use the ATM paying its fees and my bank fees then walk back, pay him and collect a receipt that I will have to manually submit to my company for reimbursement rather than using my company AMEX card. I called the service they said they would give me a free shuttle. What good is that since, my company pays for all my travel. I do not want to be bothered by an inconvenience like this in the future so I will not use them.

They arrived a few minutes early. The driver was courteous and he knew what he was doing. He loaded the luggage. it was a worn, older outdated van. An update would have been nice. The vehicle was clean. They pick up people on certain areas and base it on the mileage to the area. The prices are better than just grabbing a random taxi.

They are extremely reliable. They show up when they say they will. Their vans are clean and comfortable and they help you with your luggage. They are good to use when you do not want to park the whole time that you are gone or when the weather is bad or just when you want to be treated nicely. They are good. The pricing is based on a map basis, how far you live from the airport so it is set and you can know before use.

They have been very dependable each time.
