In all honesty, you cannot always judge a book by its cover. My first impression of Affordable Pool Solutions when they drove into my driveway was, "They must have taken first place in the ugly truck contest...their work truck was wrecked on the front end and looked pretty rough around the edges." However, I was thoroughly impressed by the diligence of Kirk, the owner. He quickly proved his years of experience and swimming pool knowledge...he was willing to go the extra yard to make sure I was totally and completely happy with the service provided. It was refreshing to see that customer service was more than a "catch phrase" to Kirk. Though this was my first encounter with Affordable Pool Solutions...I am considering making them my Pool Care company of choice!

I had 2 things done. First day they fixed the issue with the pump. Then they came back the next day and replaced our filter system. I needed this done but didn't know who to call. They completed the work quickly and relatively inexpensive.

Kirk and his employees did a great job removing an old (15 years) pool heater and installing a new one. He and his crew were very professional and got the job done without any problems. He also repaired two other problems I had with the pool liner and the water delivery system for the slide. They were professional, friendly, and personable. I highly recommend Kirk for any pool related problem needing repair or replacement.

Kirk was able to trouble shoot, diagnose & fix electrical problem that came up while winterizing my pool. An issue other electricians who performed service had not addressed. The team did an excellent job. They were running a little late but they called to let me know they would be here soon. They stayed late into the night to complete the job.
