It went very well. The staff was quick and caring. They made a horrible time for me  - very easy. They carefully packed the items to be saved and repacked in many cases when a box of items were wet. I had a lot of stuff that had not been unpacked from moving in. The flood went through every room in the apartment and they had to work in wet and smelly conditions and they did it with a smile.

They did a great job. The foreman was excellent. He kept everything and everyone on track. Everyone was fast, efficient, and very caring, They moved everything to their facility for storage until my apartment was repaired.

I would highly recommend their services.

Aero personnel were diligent and thorough in theor work. Supervisor even came by on weekends to insure that the drying process was proceeding correctly. They were pricey but their work was well worth the cost.

House is not finished Price is for a four or six month time frame of cleaning/storing of household goods. The only thing I dso not like so far is that they took all my stuff and did not provide me any kind of inventory list. I have no idea how many boxes or what they have. I know this is my fault but after having my life turn upside down I forgot to ask for a list of items.

Great service, friendly crew, timely service delivery. Very detailed/thorough. The price was high but there was a crew of about 5 people, and it was an insurance claim. Would definitely use them again.

The window cleaning team arrived a few minutes early and worked continuously, except for a short lunch break, until finished. They cleaned every window inside and outside by hand using glass cleaner -- no sponges and squeegees! They were extremely thorough and meticulous, and were highly professional at all times. The quality of their work was outstanding - it is the best window cleaning job we have ever had performed. The cleaning team - Joe, Tony and Mandy - were friendly, hard-working, and very helpful in giving us tips about various cleaning products to use and where to purchase them, and they did a fantastic job. We will definitely be customers of Aero in the future.
