Overall, the job went very well.  The roof replacement was done quickly and to our satisfaction.  Once the insurance settlement was completed, we setup a work schedule with Ron to get the work done.  He really did a great job for us.  We are very happy with how easy and painless it was to get a new roof.  I credit Ron's efforts as being a large part of our good experience.  He was easy to contact and always responsive.The Aduddell roofing crew arrived on time and basically got our whole roof replaced in just 2 days.  They worked very quickly and for long hours to get the job done on schedule.  They did an excellent job of replacing our roof.  They were very professional and definitely had a plan on how to do the roof replacement.  Everybody seemed to have a job to do and knew what had to be done.  They were very hard-working and worked well together.  No one was just sitting around waiting to be told what to do.  There was a beehive of activity getting our roof replaced!!The supervisor of the Aduddel crew - Aiden - was very good to work with.  He stayed on the job at our house - he didn't disappear to work on other jobs.  He was easy to talk to and was responsive to our questions and requests.  Aiden actually installed the roofing membrane himself - he said that was his specialty to use the blow torch or "welding" as he called it.  The new roof looks great.  We feel like we got good value for our money.  We are really hopeful that the impact resistant shingles will keep us from having to replace the roof again after the next hailstorm.  We are very pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend Aduddell Roofing to others who need roof repairs.

Did not use galvanized nails according to contract. Used both skilled an unskilled workers so quality varied throughout the roof. Did not adequately clean up. Shingles have been falling off and owners will not respond to request to look at it.

The first set of workers that showed up wouldn't go up on the roof because we have a very steep pitch but that was handled very well by the company. The second crew showed up within 30 minutes of the first crew leaving and were up on the roof immediately. We were very pleased with the work, price, clean up, and pricing. They worked non-stop until the job was complete. We haven't had any problems with the roof since. They were always available if I had questions.

We liked it completely, they were very nice people to deal with. I had researched a few other roofers, and picked this company because we liked very much what he said. He was very direct and a very patient person in answering all of our questions. The price seemed in line. We would recommend them to anyone.

The workers left cigarette butts, trash and debris and many nails in our yard. That resulted in one flat tire. They also left a piece of flashing bent. Even though I called them back over a month ago no one has arrived.

At the end of July I called and received an estimate from Ron. After about a week I called back and told him to proceed with the work. He told me they were about a month out. He said they would call when it got closer to the time to install. Two to three weeks later roofing materials showed on my roof. Ron called after Labor Day and said if it doesn't rain they would be there Wed. It rained but they showed up around 9:00 a.m Thursday (the next day) and were finished with almost everything by nightfall. Virtually all that was left was clean up. Aduddell was by far the best. They had a full crew, showed up when they said, did a great job on the roof and cleaned up everything! I would highly recommend them.
