Service technician called when on the way to our house on the appointed date/time. He was efficient and had the job completed in less than 45 minutes. He cleaned the area during and after his work - the kitchen appeared exactly the same after the job was done. We have used this company before and they are our go-to people for appliance repair in OKC.

They do good work and have reasonable prices. I called the manufacturer and they sent me the board and asked $500 to put it. That was the wrong board as well. Action Appliance spotted me an arc in the board and they soldered it back and got it fixed. They were professional and well trained. They are not cheap, but they know what they are doing.

I thought that Action Appliance Service did a good job. They came when they said they would. We could not find a camera though after they left. I'm not saying that they took it, but I thought it was kind of weird.
