The techs did not show up when promised on multiple occasions. They did not use dye-free spray as we had requested. The representative on the phone was rude when we called. We finally gave up and terminated their services.

Couldn’t have gone better. Richard was very professional and great to explain what he was doing. We visited while he worked and had a lot in common.

It also takes care of grub work problems and that sort of thing. Number one, they call before they come. They don't necessarily make an appointment, but they call before they come to let me know that they're coming which is a really good thing. I'm on a schedule with them, four times a year they come and do the spray. The guys that do the spraying are thorough, they're very thorough. They use environmentally friendly chemicals. I live next to a stream, so it's important that we not kill everything downstream. I did not want to have the summer spray because my yard is lush enough. I had to have my brother mow the grass technically every week, so I didn't need any fertilizers. They're very flexible. They work with you. If you cant be there for two weeks they will readjust their formulation for your lawn for however down n the summer you are and that sort of thing. They're a good company.They're kind of local, they've been here since 1930 something.

we have been with Acenitec for over 20 years... Back when they were still called "Acenitox"! In all that time, we have had nothing but great service. Technicians are knowledgeable and responsive. Service is timely and they work with your schedule as much as possible. We added the Sentricon termite system about 10 years ago and so far, so good. The technicians who monitor the system take the time to reposition any stations that may have been compromised by erosion and new construction. Three years ago we added their lawn fertilization and weed control program as well as grub worm treatment. Same outstanding service here too. Our lawn had become a disaster due to grub worm infestation. This was turned around in just one season. Our technician, Gary is the BEST!!!! Costs are competitive. Not cheap, but well within the ballpark especially considering the great service.

Been with them for three or four years.  They call me and send the guy out the next day.

They are pretty good. They will come out twice a year. He came to the door I told them I was having trouble with air, I told him where to spray for him and he went out there and he sprayed. They are very professional. They are reliable and courteous. They come and do their job. I recommend them. I am happy with them. I would continue to use them.

This is the second year Acinitec has treated our property. When they first arrived in 2013, our lawn was a mess. We started seeing some results before too long, but we wanted to wait until this Spring to give our opinion about the service. Well, their treatment plan has worked very well for us and our lawn is looking better and better all the time. We always get an advance call letting us know when their technicians are coming out. Unless weather intervenes at the last moment, their staff always arrives on the day they say they will. They also leave clear instructions regarding what, if anything, we need to do in the way of follow-up (i.e. watering). There's an Acinitec annual plan available for about $270, which is very reasonable.

They fertilized our yard. And have come back several times to spot check the weeds. So far so good.

The treatment seems to be doing fine. The lawn is starting to turn green after the second treatment. The techs that come out are pretty sharp.

I have been using them for the past three years and think they are effective and prompt.

Serviceman comes and treats the yard with spray or drop fertilizer as scheduled.

They are very good and always call ahead to ensure that pets, etc. aren't in the way. I have been using them for the past 12 years because they are an excellent company. Their staff is very friendly and definitely plan on continuing to use them.

I have been very satisfied with them. They charge me about $300 for the year. They come out quarterly. If they have to add traps or change the bait, then there is no additional charge through that year. I can't think of anything I dislike about them. I don't really have a lot of contact with them. In fact, I am not there when they come out. They do what they say and they show up when they are supposed to. They are reliable. I can't give any negatives because I haven't had any negative experiences with them. They treat my lawn and that's why I used them for termites since I was already working with the company. When it comes to their price, there isn't anything to compare it to.

He did not get a good rating with me because he didn't kill the bad guys. The pricing was okay. I would complain and they would respond but they didn't do anything about what I complained about.

I spend $50 per visit. It's working well. The workers are nice. I don't have any complications. I would continue to use them in the future.

(I couldn't find my record on exactly how much I paid for six treatments on my back yard only; it might have cost less.) I signed up too late in the spring to get the pre-emergent application, so we started with the second treatment. When the technician came out to do the second treatment, he called and told me that I had a lot of weeds in my yard that he was concerned the treatment would only encourage their growth. He suggested skipping the next couple of scheduled treatments and said he would make a note in their records showing that I was still owed five treatments, which will carry over into next year. With any other company, I think they would have gone ahead and sprayed the lawn so that the weeds would grow and then they could come back next year and collect another check from me for the new year of treatment. But this company has enough integrity that they wanted what was best for my lawn, even if it meant that they wouldn't get another check from me quite as soon as they would have otherwise.

They spray our lawn for weeds and our shrubs for pests and spray for bugs. They are easy to deal with and their prices are good.

I have used this company for the past fourteen years. I like that they come when they are supposed to and treat the front and back yard. It does help with the appearance and keeps the weeds down. I feel that they are reliable.

Great service. They always call the day before they are coming. If I ever need extra spot treatment they are quick to come out.

Acenitec Corporation is wonderful to work with. You can pay per visit, no contract needed to be signed. We would refer them to others.

Acenitec Lawn and Pest does great work and are reasonably priced. Also they are very prompt. I have had this company for the past five years.
