Any time we have called them they have come right out. We have dealt with one particular person. They've been very good. We had hail damage twice and they've fixed our roof twice. We had the option to choose them and we chose them again.

They worked with our insurance company on behalf of us and we only paid 1/2 of the balance. Overall, it was a very good experience.
