Excavation
He responded to repair a water line that a septic company broke. He initially said that his fee was $500, but he would cut me a good deal if I paid cash. He charged us $350 for approximately 10 minutes worth of work and would not give me a receipt or business card. He replaced approximately 12 inches of line with a different type of material not copper like the line was, and then he took the copper with him. After discussing the work with other plumbing professionals I was advised that he should've charged no more than a service call of approximately $150 for the work done. Definitely would not ever use him again we believe he's a crook.
