Description of Work: Called and set up an appointment for their mobile unit to come to my office and replace my windshield. They gave me a 2-hour time frame and said they would call before they came. I was at my office at the agreed upon time and waited for the entire 2 hours. I finally called them and they said they were running late. Since they had told me that the service call would last approximately 1-1/2 hours, I told them I could no longer wait. We set up an appointment for the following day and the same thing happened. No show, no phone call. I am self-employed and told them that I needed to make a specific appointment which they had agreed to do. I gave up and have since contacted another company. They called no less that 10 times attempting to schedule yet another appointment but I was not interested in losing additional money by waiting for them not to show up or call again.

 + -1 moreTook longer than they told me it would and they broke a part of my car, that now looks crappy and is really expensive to fix. They gave me the number of an auto salvage yard to try to find cheap replacement. The window they fixed seems to be working properly. Roll of the dice if you ask me. I won't be going back.
Description of Work: I used AAA5 Star Auto Glass to replace the windshield for my car three weeks ago. I spent about $220. However they BROKE the moldings off the top of my car, which they said would cost up to $400 to replace!! Of course they said they were broken when they took them off, but that seems impossible as there is no way they would have been staying on if they were broken.

 + -1 moreI had them repair rock nicks in the windshield of my old vehicle in December of 2008 and had a great experience. This time they came out and the price was higher than quoted. They told me the cost was to be $60 - $50 for the first nick and $10 for the second. I was clear that there were two cars and they tried to charge me $50 each.
