Took longer than they told me it would and they broke a part of my car, that now looks crappy and is really expensive to fix. They gave me the number of an auto salvage yard to try to find cheap replacement. The window they fixed seems to be working properly. Roll of the dice if you ask me. I won't be going back.

I had them repair rock nicks in the windshield of my old vehicle in December of 2008 and had a great experience. This time they came out and the price was higher than quoted. They told me the cost was to be $60 - $50 for the first nick and $10 for the second. I was clear that there were two cars and they tried to charge me $50 each.
