it was a nightmare they showed up late,do not work when it rained, went to lunch did not return for days at a time, work was terrible We have to hire someone to repaint everything, broke toliet used it any way it still has a smell I cannot get rid of, would go in refridgerator and take what ever they wanted, threw thier personal trash every where, smoke in house even told not to, used foul language, would turn air conditioner to 60 degrees with all windows open we had to remove fuse to stop that, corner pieces used on ceiling molding do not match, cabinets are fallin a part and are not even a year old, would fight among them selves all the time, plumming and electrical work had to be redone, I have cracks in sheet rock that needs to be repaired, floor molding falling apart, big cracks in wood floor, refused to work if did not get more money even thoughhad not finished previous weeks work I could go on forever they are really bad UPDATE 4 years later all dry wall work has cracked and we have to pay someone to fix, all electric had to be redone, working on redoing plumbing, cabinets are falling apart, and since they lad all the tile wrong it has cracked THIS WAS A VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE

They discovered that a support beam had not been installed correctly when the house was built. They did a good job of correcting this unexpected problem. However, the overall remodel job was not managed well. When the tile floor was installed, part of it had to be done in the dark with only the light from a drop light because the ceiling lights had not been installed. There was no heat to dry to the tile floor because the heat vent was not cut open until the last day. No one would call to tell us when they were not coming until after their expected arrival time or after we called them and left messages for them. They used our equipment such as ladders, work tables, etc. instead of bringing their own. They did not install the countertops correctly and it took several months to get them back to try to correct the problem. They did all the work in our garage and left it a mess. We had the unexpected problem of the support beam and bad weather, but they still took three times as long to finish as they had promised. They promised a turnkey kitchen but they did not clean it up well or clean up their work area which was our garage. We also had to hire a carpet layer and an electrician to finish the work we understood that they would do.

There was a lot of damage to the hardwood floors from the tool boxes. They brought in fabricated maple cabinets that they proceeded to stain and spray in the house with no ventilation. They were supposed to put in lighting under the cabinets, the wires were so bad we made him take them out and found out that no one was licensed. Before they completed we made them stop the work because they were not licensed. The ceiling fan was not installed correctly. They broke the ceramic top to my new stove. He asked for more money half way through the job. There were some times where they would not show up for three or four days at a time.
