A Pocket Full Of Posies

The longest-lasting flowers I have ever received came from this shop a couple of years ago. I just received a bouquet for my birthday, and it is so tasteful - yellow roses & lillies, tiny yellow flowers (mums, I think), beautiful orange mums with yellow tips on the petals... and a couple other flowers - can't remember what they're called. No baby's breath, no filler greenery. The yellow roses are the biggest I've ever seen from a florist, and they opened up fully in the following days. Very unusual & striking arrangement!

I contacted this florist to do my wedding flowers. I only ordered the bride's bouquet, 1 bridesmaid bouquet, 3 corsages, 6 boutonnieres, loose petals to put around my cake and flowers for the top of the cake. I met with someone and we went over everything. I was sitting next to him and watched him write down everything we talked about. He then went over the list with me and verified everything. He did not get back to me in a timely fashion regarding the price. After I called him, he gave me the price, went over everything I wanted again and told me the throw away bouquet would be included. At 12:20pm, 3 hrs before the flowers were to be picked up, I received a message from them. When I called them back, they gave the list of what they said they had. They were missing 1 of the corsages, a couple boutonnieres and the cake flowers and petals. She said there had been some miscommunication with the man who took the order. She told me if that was my full order, they had undercharged me. She said they were going to be able to get all the flowers done in time. The bridal bouquet was the same size as the bridesmaid's bouquet. It should have been significantly bigger. The stems were very long. The way they tied the ribbons on the bouquets was very tacky and sloppy looking. I gave them a picture of the exact bouquet I wanted and they still couldn't get it right. The flowers for the cake were wilting. I would never ever use this florist again.

My son ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I've never seen such an unprofessional arrangement. The flowers were "stuck" and/or clumped in the vase as if they had been gathered from the roadside...NO arrangement of any kind (as noted in the photo)...over 1/2 of the vase was filled w/green shrubbery...again NO arrangement...just "set in" the vase---not a ribbon or anything...VERY, VERY tacky! I've ordered enough flowers to know the expense of these, but the total lack of care and/or customer service is beyond words.
