Ready to sell or rent your property, one call does it all. Check out the Make Ready Page on my website for the details and see the before and after photos. http://www.ahandymanbyronnieweeksllc.com From the floor to the ceiling, one call does it all! On a recent job I did some work for a rental property by replacing the floors in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Replaced the drawer slides and cabinet fascia. Replaced the front porch post, gate and part of the fence along with an exterior door. Later I went back and replaced the damaged bottom course of wood siding and trim. Installed new trim around the front door and painted all the new repairs. For one client I completed a kitchen remodel in the same house I completed a bathroom remodel in. I textured the ceiling, painted ceilings and walls; tiled the back splash, installed a new sink faucet and ceiling fan. I had previously completed a bathroom remodel in the same house built back in 1941 where the walls had been wallpapered and textured over. The client wanted the wall taken down smooth and painted. There was an old electrical box with a metal plate covering it that I reworked and covered with drywall...no more ugly plate. Just replacing the vanity and mirror made a big change. The client had replaced the kitchen cabinets exposing electrical wires running from the wall. I relocated the lines, repaired the drywall and installed a new light fixture. A previous contractor had replaced the front door landing and walkway but never returned to pour the step. Update your bathroom or kitchen and increase the value of your home. ONE CALL DOES IT ALL! From small jobs to complete remodels. Hi my name is Ronnie Weeks and I've been in the construction trade for over 20 years. I took the "plunge(er)" just a year ago and decided to start my own handyman business. I know, crazy right, so far I have been blessed with steady work by providing my clients "top shelf" work at a fair price. I started out in the construction trade in my teens attending JOB CORPS and have had the opportunity to get hands on experience in a variety of the trades so when I say "Small jobs to complete remodels" and "One call does it all" I can say I've seen just about everything. This is a family owned business so I currently work alone and if the job requires I will get a second set of hands. I'm one guy so remember, a good job takes time. . .a better job takes a little longer! I wouldn't do anything at your house that I wouldn't do at mine. Not to toot my horn, but I do top quality work at an affordable price. I'm insured, and can be bonded if needed. The business went LLC on 4 Oct 12 so I can say I'm "bona fide"! If the need arises for warranty work, I'll still be around. I stand behind my work.

We attached a letter from our attorney that sums up the unprofessional episode and events we experienced with A-Handyman by Ronnie Weeks LLC:
July 31, 2013
Attn: Ronnie Weeks
A-Handyman by Ronnie Weeks, LLC
1812 North Mitchell Drive
Midwest City, Oklahoma 73110
Mr. Weeks,
I have been retained by (my client) regarding an incident
that I hope will escalate no further. You were hired by my client to perform
work on the back decking area of his home. The contract under which your
services were secured provided that compensation would be based upon an hourly
rate. As of July 30, 2013 the progress of work was not to my client’s
satisfaction.
Mr. Bednar, therefore, remitted any and all compensation due to
date, pursuant to the above stated terms, and communicated to you his wish that
any further work cease immediately. Upon hearing this, you reacted in a wholly
unprofessional and obscene manner, threatening my client and his property. My
client and his family were shaken by your outburst and have filed a police
report, documenting the incident.
This morning, July 31, 2013, an employee of A-Handyman by Ronnie
Weeks, LLC (A-Handyman) arrived at my client’s home and proceeded to violently
bang on his front door. Police officers were dispatched and were able to
contain the situation. This continuance of aggressively belligerent behavior on
the part of you and/or an A-Handyman employee is unacceptable and will not be
tolerated.
My client and his family are, quite understandably, traumatized
by these events. This letter will serve as a last warning: Unless all
communication, in person, via telephone, etc. from A-Handyman and/or any
employee, affiliate or agent thereof does not immediately cease, legal action,
both criminal and civil, will be swiftly filed and prosecuted against you
personally as well as A-Handyman. There is nothing to be gained and no reason
that this situation should proceed any further.
Sincerely,
(Our Attorney)
