Showed up on time, completed repairs in less than 30 minutes. Toilet is still working fine.

It wasn’t bad or great. It was okay. They were fairly good as far as time is concerned. They could have been more professional. They were very laissez-faire. I asked them to do one small additional thing and they said it would cost me extra. We said that was fine, but I would probably research another company if I needed this type of work done again. I don’t want to be unfair to them and I don’t want to give them a bad name, but I was not impressed.

We appreciated the speed in which the service was completed. He was respectful of our time and provided helpful information about the problem and possible preventive measures for the future. We would recommend him to anyone and will use him again if the need arises.

I purchased a big deal from them and their services turned out all right. It is a small business, more like a mom and pop style business, so the two gentlemen had some family issues and it was kind of difficult to get him out to my house, but once I got him out there everything was perfect.

service was excellent. We had 3 other plumbers come out before him who were unable to fix the problem even though they took my money. He was able to successfully fix my problem. He also looked at my hot water tank just to make sure everything was up to code.

Toilet handle dangles now and you have to hold the handle down for several seconds for the flush. The toilet flush is noisy now.
Perhaps the replacement of the inner workings in toilet tank were not for my model of toilet or the only one available for my toilet. I had to call them to come back because i did not think my toilet would flush. (They forgot to tell me that you had to hold the handle down for some seconds in order for it to flush) Other than that, the toilet works just fine.
Unstopped my drain pipe on right side of my kitchen sink for $87.50. The drain pipe works properly now.
Gave me estimates on additional plumbing needs but the estimate was too high for my budget.

The owner is one of the most pleasant people I've ever run across - happy and friendly! His nephew was also very nice. The advertisement was $49 for a complete, whole house plumbing inspection, which was what I expected. I had a leak in an upstairs faucet, which they fixed. They asked which toilet I was having trouble with, which I wasn't, but chose the one used the most and they checked it out and replaced something. Then they checked out the hot water tank, found some corrosion, replaced some pipes, and the whole thing cost more than I thought it would or should. They didn't inspect anything else. They were here working for approximately 45 min., much of which we visited. However, I have nothing to compare their work to, so am not completely comfortable with a less than perfect review.

They performed the tasks very well and kept me appraised of what was being done. I found this extremely comforting as some repair people come and just say what they did not why they did it that way.

"Member In care of the member?'s job we showed up to do the toilet tune up & acknowledge the stools were just out of adjustment &all fill valves and flappers seemed to be in good working condition they were just totally out of adjustment we adjusted the stools and cleaned all jets wich completed the toilet tune up when we left he was a happy customer....... we recieved a call back that stated we did not do our job because he wanted all fill valves replaced we explained to him that they did not need changed but we would promptly come back to replace them to make him satisfied but he would not allow us to come back ..... I do believe that people commonly mistake the toilet tune up for a toilet rebuild.....He was a great customer and if there was any way that we could make him satisfied we would.... we hope to hear back from him some time soon to make him satisfied"

They arrived right on time. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thought that would do more thorough inspection of hot water heater, but guess it was just ok. Did take care of the squeal in the master bath toilet which was main reason I wanted them there.

The entire process went very well. James and Preston were very professional and friendly. They let me know when they would arrive and they were timely. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves and started working immediately. They explained what needed to be done and offered me a couple of options.
There was a minor problem with the size of the water heater and a trip was made to get the correct size. No charge for the trip!
James and Preston stuck around for about 30 minutes to make sure everything was working. They contacted my warranty company and finished everything on site. I am very pleased with the service provided by Jmaes and Preston.

I thought his prices were on the high side and rejected the faucet replacement because he wanted $623 just for that job ($300 if I provided the faucet). Also, he didn't listen to me that BOTH sides of the sink were leaking and nearly got out of the house before I convinced him to take another look and repair that leak. It bothered me a little that he seemed overly observant of some of my personal paperwork laying out on a kitchen counter.
