 + -1 moreI was hoping it was just an issue with the belt and that is what it turned out to be. In all I was in the store maybe 30 minutes tops and was greeted, the vacuum was looked over. I was told the belt was broken and was shown the filter which definitely needed replacing. It was quickly taken care of and I was on my way home with working vacuum and only out $30 for parts and labor. Would definitely go aback again.

Description of Work: I needed a new vacuum. I wanted to buy a Miele. They had several models available which they demonstrated for me. Being able to see the features and functions of each vacuum helped with my decision to buy. The thing that sealed the deal was that A-1 gave a $50 trade-in on my old vacuum. It was a good deal!! |A-1 also provides ongoing maintenance and new bags for the Miele vaccum plus any service that might be needed. That is very handy.

 + -1 moreGreat.. Gave me an estimate up front . Didn't think the unit was under warranty but found out it was. The people greeted me at the door and were very professional. Listened to me and repeated back to me what my trouble was. I like that . NO misunderstanding . Work was done within a week. Called and emailed me when it was done. Had some other questions about some other cleaning products and they helped me with Better and Cheaper solutions. Runs like new!!
