could give a negative I would!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor and I work with alot. This started out as a clogged toilet and shower. Had two companies come out and they chose Keith. 1st mistake. He hires people who are not licensed just friends one guy who was really nice had him digging the first hole in the back yard. He was here all day, when I arrived home I informed him where the object was in the line instead of cutting the pipe further back He pushed it back in the line which fixed the issue temporarily. Next day all lines are clogged and backing up. Now Keith says my line is collapsing by the clean out. (NOW I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS NEVER HAD A ISSUE) so he now digs a another hole which is about 6ft by 10ft down for three days they dug this hole and finally brought in a back hoe and says the city line was crushed no it wasn't he crushed it. He tore up concrete and tore down my fence. He never originally pulled permits I had to call the city to find this out reached out to Keith and his response was we forgot and don't keep calling the city it won't move things any faster. Well my call did movr things along, permit was pulled same day and city was out next day. This has been going on since April 2. To date my fence is still not put back up and he refuses to replace the concrete. He again blames the city that they damaged it. No incorrect he chipped it up to repair the collapsing line. When finally filled in the holes they were drinking twisted tea (beer) DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE THIS GUY HE IS SHADY AND WORKS AT HIS OWN TIME NO CONSIDERATION OF ANYONE!!

He worked with me and my schedule. He came out very quickly. He was very professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. He did the repair and left everything clean. He did a great job!

It went VERY well. First, we had to go through several horrible plumbers through our Home Warranty service without any resolution to our sewer problem. I called a couple of plumbing companies through Angie's List. Many companies never called me back. 1st Choice plumbing called me back. They came as scheduled to scope my sewer line to see what the problem was. The scope charge was refunded to me when I used them to replace my sewer line. Before I could come up with the funds to replace the sewer line all my calls were returned and he (Keith the owner) quickly came and unclogged our line correctly to keep us going along. They had to cut through my patio to get to the sewer line and recommended a concrete company (Riley Concrete) to repair it back. It was also a good company at a fair price. I not only recommend 1st Choice as your plumber, but I wish you all the luck in the world if you use any other company.
