The service was great! This is the second company we had out for the same issue. The first one left without fixing anything and gave me an incorrect explanation as to what was wrong. Red dirt came fixed it very quickly and provided some great information on maintenance going forward. They were professional, prompt, and I would definitely use them again.

Turns out it could not be fixed, but he did all he possibly could and worked hours on it. I'd definitely call again next time I have a busted appliance.

Excellent. Service was available within 24 hours.. Very friendly, informative and swift working. Knew exactly what he was doing with no wasted motion. The fee was for both washing machine part and labor. Accepted my personal check and work area was left clean. Will definitely support this Veteran Business.

I can't recommend this service more highly. Ricky was quick to schedule, prompt with his visit, and very courteous. I felt like he was entirely on the up-and-up as far as his recommendations about what was worth repairing vs. replacing. He was able to fix all of my appliances, and his charge was extremely reasonable. In fact, I told him that he needs to raise his rates! I will definitely be calling him again and I would recommend him to friends with confidence.

Excellent service ~ would HIGHLY recommend Red Dirt Appliance Repair. Ricky Self, service Technician, arrived as scheduled, assessed the problem with my washer and we decided it made the most sense to replace, rather than repair it. Ricky said he had worked for several years for two of the large retail appliance stores and was very knowledgeable with regard to the different brands, etc. I asked him to suggest a brand and place to purchase a new washer, which he did and he gave me his business card and said to feel free to text or call him with any questions I had, regarding my purchasing decision. Once I had purchased the washer (taking his advice), I went to a Lowe's to buy the "elbow and vent hose" for the new dryer, which I also purchased. I sent him pictures on my cell phone of connector pieces and he googled the information I needed on parts, and texted me pictures of the pieces I needed to have the new ones installed. He went above and beyond the cost of his a service call!!

He fixed my dryer the same day. He came in the morning and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Then he came back in the afternoon and fixed. He was very quick and didn't have me spending a lot of money to fix it.
