Best service I could possible receive. Crew was prompt and on-time, very polite and fast. Did exactly what I asked of them for a fair price. Will use again without hesitation. No salesmanship or trying to sell me something I did not want or ask for. No bogus inspection, trying to sell me a service contract, telling me my home wiring was outdated and needed replacing and finally quoting me a ridiculous high price to install one power outlet like a previous well known OKC electric company tried to do and then charged me a service call fee for doing nothing. They did a good job, cleaned up after themselves, and ended up charging slightly less than original estimate.

They're a little bit more challenging for me because they're less predictable. It depends on the technician who come, some of them are great, some of them are very nice, and some are a little less nice. Their work is good but their punctuality and their dependability, I'll set an example. With Bob's time, I call their office, they say they will be there at this time on this day. With Waters Electric, I call their office, they say they can be there in the morning or the afternoon on this day and what will happen is once the technician who is coming will call when he's ready to come. I don't have a good sense of when they're going to arrive yesterday, I just know they were coming, he just showed up. I know their work is good but it's more challenging for me to give a really positive review on them. They were organized for their pricing. I think I'll probably look for another electrician simply because the unpredictability of them doesn't really work for me.

WOW!! I called Waters Electric after being constantly delayed by my previous electrician Howard was available to come out and give me an estimate for my job the next day. He was on time. (Important to me). Howard estimated the whole project at less than half of what the other guy had, after checking a few more references I told him I wanted to go forward with the project, and to my great surprise they could to the job the following Monday.
Two very professional young electricians showed up on time on Monday and did an excellent job. I am new to this area and after my experiance with Waters Electric Inc. I have a good, reliable, high quality electrician in case I need one again.

We've been their customers for years and the experience has been positive. We teach and they've been very good at working around our schedule. Their prices seem reasonable as well.

We have used Waters for many small projects at our home because we don't feel comfortable doing electrical work as part of our DIY projects. They are always reasonably priced, punctual, and professional. No job is too small. We've had them come out for projects that were less than $200 worth of work, and they didn't treat it like it was a waste of time.

Two people arrived on time, worked non-stop which included dealing with some issues in the attic that was going to prevent the placement that I wanted. Great service!

I had to schedule electrical work to be done for a fraternity which had just had a 2 million dollar renovation. I had scheduled the electricians who were sub-contractors for the builder that renovated the house to come in and do more electrical work not particularly related to the renovation. They set a date and time and never showed. I texted and called several times to no avail. I called Waters Electric in hopes that they would have someone who could help us out since we were going to have the Grand Opening the next day.
Not only did Waters come to our rescue but they were able to repair some electrical work that the original contractor said could not be done.
The fact that they showed up when I called in the afternoon and it had to be a long day for the electricians, was just simply fantastic! We were so thrilled to have the electrical work done and to a superior quality at that. I will use Waters now for any and all electrical repairs.

The team of 2 were very professional, punctual and asked questions when needed.

I thought they would need to replace the whole fixture, but they just needed to repair the light switch on the fixture itself. They were on time and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment with Waters Electric for 9am. Around 9:30 the driver finally called and said they were on their way. Once they finally arrived, they found the GFI in my garage was thrown, so the workers were there for about 1 minute, problem solved.
There are a lot of things people can't control, but punctuality isn't one of them. That's why I schedule meetings first thing in the morning. A prior job can't delay the appointment.
Also, I was told it was $60 per hour labor with a $60 minimum, but I was charged $90 for their 60 seconds of work. I think that is pretty steep for flipping a GFI outlet. Plus, being 30 minutes late, and I had used them a couple weeks prior for a $250 job at my new house. I get charging the minimum $60 for showing up, but I guess I expected they might notice the repeat business, late arrival, and make a consideration.

Looking only on Angie's List, Waters Electric was the 3rd place I called. They were the first place that told me their hourly wage over the phone and estimated time to complete the job. The other two places I called insisted on an expensive service charge just to drive over and look at the job even though it was such easy straight forward work. Gerald arrived on time the next day. He was friendly and professional. He completed the work in a timely fashion. I found Waters Electric to be reasonably priced. The new lights look great. Waters Electric is now my number 1 for electrical work and I would highly recommend them to my friends.

We just love them. We would rate them highly. They are one of our favorite companies. We had about $1200 worth of work done about two years ago. We just really like working with them. They tell us what they can and can't do. They are very professional.

We would use them again.

I like them; they are reasonable and are everything you need from a company. I have used them for years and will use them again in the future.
