We have called him on three separate issues.  Fortunately for us, his response time was quick, although I understand from past experience in this business that  clients may have emergency IT problems that may delay previously set appointments.  It's always a balancing act.

He is very efficient and quite capable of helping us.  He bills monthly, and  although I haven't seen his first charges, from the info he supplied to us in our initial visit, his rates are very reasonable.
