We used Kelly Boyd to list/sell our home and purchase a new one. She is amazing and her heart is in the business for all the right reasons. Our buyer's realtor was very difficult to deal with in every aspect. She handled everything very professionally and with our best interest always at heart. When it came time to close, issues last minute forced Kelly's broker, Sally Vawter, to become involved. Sally knows her stuff! She was professional and stood behind Kelly to get our deal completed. She also had our best interests in mind and was willing to do anything necessary. The entire Vawter office was very helpful during our process.
