Great. The installation was quick and professional. They explained all of the options fully and comprehensibly. The timer works great and has saved us a lot on our electricity bill.
These people really know what they are doing. When we buy chemicals from them, they help us understand how the pump system works and the chemistry of the pool in different circumstances. I would never trust anyone else in the area with my pool.

We don't have any complaints about Thompson Pool and Patio. I wasn't very involved, my husband seemed pretty happy with it. It was informative. Our pool vacuum is a certain brand that only a few people around here can service it.

We are happy with their work. Their communication skills are kind of lacking a little bit. They just show up and do their thing. We don't know if they are finished or if they are coming back. They are the only people we've ever used so we don't know about their pricing. Their work is fine.

I have used Thompson's for four years. While they are generally pretty slow to respond, I figured it's because it is a seasonal business and made allowances. They generally can replace a pump or sand. They are not good at helping to keep the pool clean, although they do have a free water testing service.
