I had difficulty getting their maintenance department to respond to me.  When I would call they would send someone out without even talking to me about the problem.  They charged me for an electrician to come out one time, but if they had just talked to me on the phone I could have easily taken care of the problem if I had known what to do.  The never did send anyone out to fix the guttering that had fallen off or the light in the kitchen that didn't work.
When I moved out I had two others helping me clean thoroughly.Three of us worked a full day and part of another cleaning and doing repairs.  When they kept $638 out of my deposit for cleaning I was very upset.  I had a hard time getting anyone to call me about it, even went to the office and the person in charge, Daryl, wasn't in.  I finally got in touch with him and he couldn't recall anything about the property.  He sent me a CD of photos of the property to "prove" how much was left to be cleaned when we moved.  The photos showed  very little, maybe worth $100 at the most.  I sent another letter about the photos and asked for a refund.  He never responded to me.  By the way, one photo showed the light that didn't work and they charged me for the bulb! 
I am very frustrated with them, lack of communication and gouging me for cleaning that didn't need to be done.

Found a rental home - very interested - called several times on Monday October 1, left messages with Darrel Goff and Martha.  Never got a call back.  Tried calling later in the week --just got an answering machine, never a return call.  left several messages.  Finally came into the office on Friday and there was no one at the front desk.  No response.  Neighbor had similar experience - had leased thru them and couldn't get her deposit back.  Martha was extremely rude and wouldn't return calls.  Very unprofessional - won't recommend.262
