Spartan Pools and Ponds

Spartan Pools and Ponds rebuilt our entire pool and spa (Aug. 2017) which was at least 20 years old. The work went extremely well, and they were attentive to every detail. They returned several times to be sure the area was cleaned up and any minor details were corrected. Spartan also services our pool weekly much to my satisfaction.

The professionalism and attention to detail that was applied to our project was over the top amazing. Spartan Pools began with a rough drawing of our vision and they just made it happen. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is the third pool that we have built and Sam and his team were by far the best to work with. The work was perfection. Highly recommend.

We have an inground, concrete pool built at a house built in 1992. Last summer, it was in need of resurfacing, including tile replacement, as well as updating the coping, and replacing some of the filtration equipment. After contacting and getting quotes and advice from several pool contractors, I signed a contract with Spartan, who happened to be the first one I had contacted. I determined that they were the most knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy of all of the contractors I spoke with. After the job was completed, I was sure I had made the right decision and only regretted not contracting with them from day one. Everything about my experience with Spartan was outstanding. Sam worked with our budget to help us make informed decisions about the materials and extent of our pool rehab. There is a broad range of options for resurfacing and pool upgrades and he was respectful of our spending limitations and helped us get the best possible outcome within our budget. We paid 50% up front and were given a start date a few weeks out. The crew started on time and finished on time and did a great job of managing their construction and cleanup along the way. By July 4, we were enjoying our new pool. It would have been much sooner had I went with Spartan on the first consultation. There were no hidden costs or extra fees. Sam was in frequent contact with us before, during and after each phase of the remodel. He and his staff and crew were professional and highly competent. I'm convinced we got the best product at the best value. We'll be enjoying our remodeled pool for years to come and I know if I have any problems, Spartan will be happy to stand behind their work. The pool looks great and has enhanced our enjoyment of our home as well as its value. It could not have been a better experience.

Great! We have enjoyed our pool and the new additions! They were awesome all the way through. I love how they kept me up-to-date on everything and took time to answer any and all questions with care and patience. Wonderful team of people and wonderful work!

The work performed by Spartan Pools greatly exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the finished project. We love our pool and fire pit! I would not hesitate to call Sam and his crew for other projects!

Before installing the chlorinator they had worked to get rid of the algae and cloudiness for a month. We have not seen the pool so clear since 2 summers previously
In the spring of 2014 Spartan Pools did a major renovation and update of our pool.. My wife and I found the people at Spartan Pools to be friendly and very obliging. They arrive in a timely manner and deal with problems efficiently and effectively. They continue to visit the pool regularly to ensure that it working properly. Sparton dos a great job remodeling our pool and hot tub in 2015. We could not be happier with the outdoor kitchen they built us in 2016.
Sam does such a great job explaining every part of the project. They also do a great job communicating by email each week after the clean the pool.

We have no don'ts outside of don't hire someone else to install or maintain your pool. The owners, Jordan and Sam are men of exceptional integrity and good intention. You can take their word to the bank. If for any reason you are not satisfied, they will make it right.

I'm sure there are less expensive pool companies out there, but I doubt there is a better one, all things considered.

In the winter, I leave the pool open, and Spartan works with me to partially winterize the more problematic parts of the system and either suspend the weekly service or drop back to once or twice a month, as requested.  They do a good job for me, and I recommend them.

Spartan Pools is very dependable and quick to respond.  I rarely make appointments and call at the last minute for help, and Toby is always very polite and helpful getting me scheduled and taken care of without notice.

We count on Spartan Pools to take care of our pool and spa each week of the year! It is great to just enjoy our pool and let Spartan do the rest!

The staff always cleans the pool thoroughly. Chemicals were added as well as providing a weekly report on how the pool is running.

We love Spartan! Because we had a pending sale on our house, we needed work done asap. Although Spartan was right in the middle of their very busy summer pool season, they went out of their way to accommodate us. I had called some other places ~ one never responded to the voicemail I Ieft, two said we just needed to replace the pool pump, (over the phone & without looking at the pump), and with labor would cost approximately $2,000.00. Spartan replaced a part and with labor it cost $90.00.

Everything they have done for me has been great.  It is probably the best contractor I have ever worked with.  I plan on using them for more work in the future.  They are perfectionist.  When they built the waterfall, they all came over at night to adjust the lighting and worked for over an hour to adjust the lighting.  I didn't even have to say anything as they are more perfectionist than I am.  

I can't say enough about the "family" of Spartan Pools!  Everyone worked h****** our pool project, answered any questions we had and if we did have any issues, someone was there immediately to remedy the situation.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to expand their outdoor living.

He is here until the pool is very clean and he is extremely thorough. He is very reliable and personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
