To save a lot of money I trenched my own water service line to my house. I had Don replace the water line due to my lack of knowledge how to make the various connections of PVC to cooper and PVC to brass.

I called the evening before. He called me the next morning and came that evening. Very professional. He was done in 25 minutes. Only real complaint is the price.

He show up on time and did the work as I requested and got it  inspected by the City without any difficulty.

After nursing AC unit for several years the condenser died.  Entire unit had to be replaced as it was 18 years old and used the old freon.  Don Shaver's quote was very reasonable compared to others we had received.  He explained the different type of units, pros and cons of the very high-energy efficiency units, and sizes.  It took two days to remove/install.  There were 2 guys including Don.  My unit is above my master bedroom closet (hello builders??) with access in the closet.  They were very neat, even vacuuming after themselves one day.   Don explained how far along they were during the day.  We also used him to install a new kitchen faucet earlier in 2013.

This was my third time using Shaver Plumbing. This job was simple--repairing kitchen faucet & sprayer, and replacing broken hot water valve under sink. They were able to schedule the work within one day of my call. Previous work included toilet repair, replacing valves for clothes washer, and installing shutoff valve for ice-maker. Mr. Shaver returns calls promptly and his prices are fair.

They were efficient and did a good job at a good price.

They did an excellent job and answered my questions very clearly. They also serviced my sons's heeating and air-conditioning units and did several plumbing repairs for him. approximate cost $200
