This guy is great! He has been working on our remodel, so I am not sure right now of his pricing (had to make up a number for the "how much you spent" part of this form.) Called him last week to let him know the problem: as you reduced the quantity of water coming out of the showerhead, the temperature soared. He called Delta and they decided that it must have been a bad unit. He called back, and came right out. While he was here he also fixed outdoor faucet that was very bad. He was quick, responsive to requests, professional, pleasant, didn't track in dirt, cleaned up after himself, and most important, very knowledgeable and competent.
