Mark was my savior because, I had a couple of guys whom I had never worked with before and some of them were good and some of them were bad. But at least Mark and Schaffner-Valouch I knew I could rely on them to do the job and they do job right. I didn't have to content with them. It was $611,000 for a 3172 sq foot home. We did a lot of energy efficient kind of things. The wiring was a little more creative. They came in under budget for what they told me they were going to do and that was good. The time they told me that it was going to take to get their project completed, they came in under. They saved me some time and some money and so, I was happy for that too.

They are composed and had a good price.

They did great and did everything I needed. They were reasonably priced and they were very helpful. I don't have any dislikes. They were able to work with my schedule pretty well. They got in and did the job quickly and efficiently and I have no complaints about them and I would recommend them.

What they were supposed to do was replace a leaking pan under the heat and air unit in the attic. They replaced the too small pan with one the same size. In the process they knocked loose the gas line and poked a hole in the tape sealing the cabinet that they didn't bother to tape back up. Luckily the pan still leaked so when I went up in the attic to see what was going on I was hit by the gas smell. Also heard the sucking noise from the unit where it hadn't been taped back up. This would pull gas into the house. I turned off the gas and called them. After I explained what was going on I was told that they couldn't get back out for several days. Needless to say I called someone else. They had left a gas leak, a water leak, and an air leak.

I like him. He is very fast and efficient. He does good work and he is reasonably priced.

I have used this company for 13 years. They are courtieous and polite. They are very accomodating with everyone's schedules. As far as the electrical work visit, the current issue has been unresolved, which is frustrating. They are coming out again to readdress these unresolved issues. 90% of the time I have been very happy, but this issue has been frustrating. Overall, they have been great. They are clean and polite. Their main electrician is a really, really, good guy - Mark.
