S & D HEAT & AIR

They sent a tech out to me that was very pleasant and professional...but he misdiagnosed the problem w/ my heater. He made a total of 4 trips out to my house! The problem never solved (electronic pilot wouldn't stay lit)...so finally after 2 weeks, he agreed another tech needed to come out. They sent a new one out on Monday...and he was able to diagnose the problem and FIX it the first time! I wrote to the general manager last week and he wrote me back late that day. I hadn't heard back from him again so I sent a follow-up email. He responded back later in the day stating they would be refunding me $204. This made me VERY HAPPY! Because the problem w/ my heater the entire time was a DIRTY FLAME SENSOR! I was always treated w/ nothing but professionalism and kindness...but the fact that it took 5 total visits and being overcharged for multiple misdiagnoses, I can't give them a B. Because they are refunding me a large amount of my money, I won't give them a D. 

S & D (father and son team) came out and replaced my whole furnace/ac unit (total price, I do not recall). They were very nice, and it was all done in a day. Everything seemed fine. I had one issue within a few months and they came back out to fix it. I like to work with the people that put IN the unit, so they know what they are working with and are familiar with the setup. Unfortunately, since then I have had several issues with my units, and I try to contact them, leave several voicemails, with absolutely no response. I have had several different companies come out and comment on the sub-par work that was done. That is unfortunate, but the least they could do was return phone calls, even if to just say they are unable to work with me.
