RMI

We are in the middle of a major renovation and RMI's part was pretty small comparatively speaking.  Every time they said they would be out, they didn't (with two exceptions).  They came out initially to see exactly what they needed to do and said they would come out later that week to do the work.  They did finally come out and cut the holes in the floor for the ducts to be run through but have still not come back to hook up anything to them.  They've put us off for 5 weeks now.  I understand that there may be scheduling issues if they're booked out a month at a time, but I don't understand saying that you'll be out on Friday and then changing it to Monday and then to Thursday and then...  On and on for 5 weeks.  We've been very disappointed with the service that we've received from RMI.  We still have holes in our floor that are open to under the house - just waiting for someone to come finish what they started.

They did a lot of testing when they were there working. They gave me some info about what was going on. They gave me some options when they were done with all the test.

They did a wonderful job. They are knowledgeable and punctual. If they cannot make it they will call and make arrangements. They will not leave you hanging. The job was done off and on over a month. A new breaker box had to be installed by an electrician they sent. They did not leave me without air. Things were actually up and running in a week. This is a system that is computerized and it will tell me anything that should be done.
