First oil change is free if you bought your Mazda at the dealership and I did. I have been to the Service Center a couple of times and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I have received a ride to work and a pick up when my car was ready and I have stayed at the dealership waiting for the oil change--was less than 45 min. It is easy to make an apptment online which I like. I like the online maintenance reminder too.

It's an excellent service. I got to know the folks up there. We walk in and they know our names. It's just very comfortable to do business with them up to the point where the manager walked in to where I worked and recognized me. He said "hi."

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had taken our 2002 Mazda Protege 5 in to see if it could be fixed. We feared the worst and decided to take a look around while we waited for the vertict on our car. James Jackson approached with professionalism and care. He offered to help without being pushy and was willing to let us look as we waited advising us that if we needed him he would be just inside. We left that day to have lunch and run some errands but later found out that we did indeed need a new car. We called James and asked him to prep some cars for test drives. When we arrived he had a few lined up for us, freshly cleaned and keys ready for us to test drive them all. When we decided upon the Certifed Pre-Owned CX-7 in Midnight Blue James streamlined the experience. He insured that the car was detailed and fitted with a temp tag for our departure. While there were many visits i can sum it up with one sentence: With Reynold's services I was able to use my Mazda from mile 15 to mile 254,866!

The service was fantastic and they did not put any pressure on us. They were nice and professional. They answered any questions I had and showed many features of the car that I did not know about. It was an enjoyable visit and very nice experience. They gave me a good price.

Great service. Had to order the car, but it came when they said it would and exactly as ordered. Very helpful. Since in short supply, no dealer within 100 miles had one in inventory, I had to pay sticker retail, BUT, other dealers were asking several hundred dollars OVER retail in same circumstances. Salesman was straight-forward, and treated me like an intelligent person, rather than a "mark." Same for used car manager on the trade. Would definitely recommend this Mazda dealership.
