I've never had such a terrible experience with any company ever. They made promises they didn't keep (about how the shed would be priced). They FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the sales contract. They did not keep their installation schedule – there were delays after delays. They installed the shed incorrectly, and – even though they made offers to help correct it – they never came through with assistance, which meant I had to spend additional money to have a contractor fix their mistakes. They would not provide any discount, even though the sales manager said they took "full responsibility" for the incorrect installation. This is a shady operation from sales, to sales management, to billing, to customer service. No one, except for the installer, was the slightest bit professional. To add insult to injury, the shed they installed LEAKS like a sieve, so I am having to spend even more money fixing even more of their mistakes and shoddy work. QB installed a literal piece of garbage on my property and took no responsibility for it at all. Please save yourself the headaches and RUN from this business!
