Showed up on time.
Did not park in the driveway until he knew it was okay to do so.
Introduced himself.
Removed his shoes so as not to track snow and dirt into the house.
Came prepared with all the equipment and tools needed to do the job.
Worked proficiently - was done in an hour.
Rates were reasonable.
Very pleased. Will definitely use him again and have already referred him to friends and family.

Strategier Plumbing is fantastic. He not only unclogged the toilet right away, but also checked all our faucets and sinks, free of charge. He went over and above the already excellent service. I will always call him if I need plumbing work done and would recommend him to others.

I have used Stratagier Plumbing for years. In an emergency he will come out even if it is a Sunday. I highly recommend them to anyone.
