After seeing the termites when we were replacing the damaged base boards, I called Pest Arrest and left a message.  They called back within the hour and scheduled a time the next day for Tony, the owner, to come out to give an estimate.  
He looked first at the base boards and around that area and then needed to see inside the garage.  He then went out to his truck to write up an estimate.  He came back in, handed me a brochure of the product that they use, explained the process, gave me his card with his cell phone number on it, and answered all of the questions that I had.  He also told me to call or text him with any other questions that I had later.  Which I did, and he texted back almost immediately and once I decided, he scheduled me for the next Monday for treatment.  
The man that came to do the treatment was right on time, even a few minutes early.  He was very professional, courteous, and explained what he needed and what he was going to do.  It was a great experience.  I would recommend them.  They are a small business with honest, conscientious, hard workers who have a goal to give the customer prompt, quality service at a great price.

This company is great the owner Mr. Jones is very accomidating. I have purchased several homes in the norman area and have used this company for a variety of services. All the employees have been responsive and very polite. I would recommend them anytime just like they were recommended to me. I used to shop their prices but no longer do because the service they provide is top notch.

However, I do not hear from them unless I contact them. I had a minor insect infestation and brought a specimen, on their request, to them for identification.  The woman in the office never got back to me and when I finally was successful in reaching her without having to leave a message (which they never responded to) she told me they were unable to ID the pest. Turns out it was not an uncommon insect and non-professional people advised home remedies that successfully terminated the problem. I do plan to replace the contract I inherited with them.

The pest arrest representative was on time and quickly got to work on the inspection. He was professional and extremely thorough during the inspection. He was able to detect signs of live termites in areas that were not in any way obvious. Ultimately, after his assessment I felt that I had a good and complete picture of the situation in the house that we are buying. I was so pleased with his service, that we asked the owners to use them for the termite repairs and treatment prior to closing and we plan on going into contract with Pest Arrest for the annual inspections on our house. I called Pest Arrest after the inspection was done in order to ask a few questions. They immediately put me on the phone with the inspector that did our house and answered all the questions I asked, it really made me confident about finalizing the purchase of this house.

They charge $65 for a general pest treatment. We have them treat our rental houses when a tenant moves out. They have been really good about getting out fast and solving the problems without having to call them several times.

We have used Pest Arrest for a few years and are very happy with the service. We live in the country and have a particular problem with spiders. Pest Arrest keeps the spiders away. The company is run by a very professional young man who works hard.
