My a/c went out on a Thursday and company after company said they could send someone Monday—the heat index is higher than 100°F! Performance sent a repairman by in hours. He wasn't phased by my dogs. Went straight to work, fixed the compressor on my 16-year-old Ruud a/c unit and topped off the freon and cleaned it all out. Back in the cool in a short time for an affordable price!
