They were punctual for the appointment. After speaking with them originally, we were expecting to pay about $400 but paid $650.  They were cheaper than other companies but they did not work efficiently. I might have received a better deal if I hired a more efficient company. One guy worked more diligently than the other two. Two of them seemed more concerned about talking on their cell phone and hanging around than actually working. It was annoying that they charged by the hour and they talked longer on their cell phone than they spent doing their job.

I thought they were good. Two guys came and they actually called me 15 minutes early and asked if it was okay if they came early or if I wanted them to wait, which I thought was really nice. They worked hard hard and got it done quickly. I did not have any complaints.

PAB packed my entire household loaded it into 2- 24' rental trucks to move to Dallas. We made the entire 200 mile trip without A single broke item! The employees of PAB did an extraordinary job, we couldn't have been more pleased with their care and concern of our move.
