They do great analysis of hearing problems and they deliver what they promise. When they sold my dad a quality and expensive hearing aid because that’s what I needed, they said that we could come in at any time for checkups or adjustments, they would give him batteries, and they would do things to make it work. He invested $3,500 in it. We want to go in every 2-3 months and they have been very nice about it. They’re friendly people and they seem to like what they’re doing.
