I have used Norman Air for my A/C Maintenance and plumbing for years, they are always there when they say they are, they call if they are running late (which is not often). Their technicians are always professional, thorough, and kind. We have had some repairs done -- our unit is not old. They never push a new unit on us and they have always done great work! We are on their Max Membership and it provides great discounts on repairs and helps us keep up with maintenance. We highly recommend this company -- we are customers for life! Will not use anyone else, we have had horrible experiences with other local companies!

This company is 100% aweful!! Do not use!!! Just trust me in this review!! It is way too much of an issue to even take the time to write here!! I should have seen the B rating and not even called!! Don’t do it!! Stay away!! Poor, poor , and beyond poor!! I’m sure someone from this company will read this and let me just say, this will not be my only teview

You stated you had had multiple plumbers look at the problem before and were not satisfied with them. We did our best to try and help you with the situation. We offered to play the recording of the call where you were scheduled and made aware of the fees and processes. We also had asked if there was anything we could do to make it right for you. The offer still stands and we would help you with any plumbing situation you have. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. But we do charge a fair market price for our services."

Front office was responsive and very helpful in securing utility company rebate. Work was done professionally and with care. When a fault was discovered on the heating element, technicians fixed the problem. A/C has been tested with our hot and humid weather for the last four weeks and the system runs superbly. Will keep them as our Heating A/C company.

Service guy got out of vehicle and asked me if I just wanted a check up. When I said yes, he said good because he couldn't fix the last 4 units he'd worked on. Power flux after he checked unit in attic, and the compressor was malfunctioning & he told me I'd probably need new. I went inside and rebooted. By the time I got outside he was packed and ready to go. No explanations of anything he did or didn't do. I'm not confidant that we got a good servicing.

The technician who responded, Daniel, was excellent. He looked at the entire system, diagnosed the problems and fixed them with care and precision. Daniel took the time to explain the issues and the recommended fixes. He also gave pricing information to me upfront so that I knew what to expect. Definitely will use them in the future.
