I contacted the company through a reference from a friend. Steve (the owner) was friendly and helpful and seemed extremely knowledgeable. I made an appointment with him and he arrived promptly (actually a few minutes early) and was polite and courteous. He even handled my dogs--which can be a handful for the first 5 to 10 minutes before they get used to someone. He talked to me first about what I was needing done and went straight to work. We have been having problems with the toilets and sinks draining correctly. He showed me the culprits: lots of hair and gunk that was lodged in the tub and sinks from the previous owners of our home and a blockage in the toilet. He fixed the problem SUPER quick and even stayed to give me a quote on some possible work I wanted done (to provide water to our shed in the back yard). I would definitely recommend Steve and his company. It is nice to feel confidence and trust in a service provider, and not feel like they are trying to find a way to jack up the price or trick you.
