Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
We emailed Gina to set up an appointment for an appraisal. She was very courteous and provided a summary of the appraisal services, prices, and the appraisers' credentials. When we showed up at the appointed time, we were greeted by professional staff who offered us some delicious coffee while we waited for Ryan Cannon to appraise it. He appraised it quickly and told us he would mail us the results within a few days. When I asked about paying for the service, he said it was straightforward enough that he would not charge us. The following week, we received our appraisal certificate in the mail. We were very pleased with the overall service and professionalism.
