The Mills shop was very friendly and it seemed like it may be family owned. We told them what we needed and what our budget was. They completed the work and it was way under what a body shop on Main St wanted to charge. We were very happy with the work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend them.

A deer ran into my car, messing up the hood. They gave me a fair estimate for repair. There is no doubt in my mind that they would have taken great care of my needs. Unfortunately, my car is really old and it just wasn't worth the repair bill. However, I was very pleased with the treatment I received. Would definitely be willing to do business with them in the future should circumstances warrant such action.

It was outstanding. I've used them a number of times. They've always been reasonably priced and topnotch work. I know that I'm gonna get a reasonable price. When they say what they're gonna do, they do what they say and the vehicle is provided when they say it's gonna be ready. Their service is excellent. The car is clean when you get it. The interior's clean. The price is competitive.

Had to wait in office a long time to get estimate. Finally agreed to get it by phone and left. Waited a long time for ride home. Clerk in office seemed confused and disorganized.

The owner/painter is very easy to work with, but I feel he is probably doing too much causing him to miss details. There was over spray on my inner door and paint residue all over the car that you couldn't see but could feel. Fiinally, they could not match up my paint colors. I was told that my color was a difficult one to match and that it would blend in time. After several attempts to have them match my colors up, I decided i would use someone else to get the job done. Again, if it was some simple body work in an inconspicious place, I would have no problem with Mills Body Shop doing it. However, if it is a nice vehicle or late model vehicle with repair in an obvious spot, then I would use someone else

Overall it was excellent. The staff was really friendly and even when they're busy they acknowledge you are there. They are all around great people and I feel they are really honest.

Repairs went as planned other than a last minute repair required to the roof rack not noted in insurance adjustment. I have used Mill's almost exclusively for body repair for many, many years and have always been satisfied with their workmanship and punctuality. I'm certain this repair would have been turned around on time if it weren't for the additional damage found during PDR of the roof. Great folks...friendly and professional.

My daughter backed her brand new car into a dumpster. There was a dent, some scratches and the bumper was shifted a little bit. The work that was done on the car had it looking like new. We are very pleased with the work that was done on the car, and would absolutely recommend Mills Body Shop.

Mills provided us with a comprehensive estimate. The price was highly competive. The work was excellent. It was completed as promised in a timely manner. The contact person was very professional in appearance and demeanor. He told us what he was going to do, and had the job completed in a timely manner.

They did a good job on matching the paint and did it in the time frame promised, so they were pretty quick. I was pleased with the work they performed. They did what they said they would do and did a good job.

I was looking for another auto repair shop when I stopped in at Mills Body shop because they had a nice looking building. I assumed they wouldn't be interested in simple repairs because they were a body shop, however, they were happy to assist and quickly had a mechanic look at our car and make the diagnosis. The problem of the worn idler pulley was close to what I expected but it was in a much more advanced state of wear than I anticipated. This was a Friday and they scheduled us for repairs the following Monday. Since 24 hours was required to obtain the replacement part we left the car overnight and picked it up Monday evening. The old idler pulley was shown to me and it was severely worn, to the point of disintegrating. I was pleased with the work and the cordial atmosphere of the company.
