This was the third time I ordered materials from Milligan Trucking. The first was for drainage material I needed for a french drain. The second and third were both for topsoil. In all cases the product was delivered when promised and where promised. The unscreened topsoil that I ordered had occasional clumps but it was nothing I couldn't handle in my wheelbarrow. If I need dirt materials again, I will call Milligan's.
