We started with Mike Hawley and closed in November. He was very thorough and very patient with us. He made sure that we were happy with the house, he wasn't just trying to make a sale. Once we got into the process of putting a bid on the house, he did everything, he made sure that we did the things that we were responsible for, we closed on the house in November and in February I got a letter from him for our homestead exemption and all I had to do was fill out a couple of things that he had already printed out for me and put in an envelope to send it to the county. He know what he is doing and he is on top of his game. He is a very no pressure and he has a very good character.
