He was able to work me into his schedule the day after I called. He asked me what finish I wanted to replace the set with and installed a Kwikset which is very easy to lock and unlock. He fixed the hole in the doorframe so the dead bolt worked smoothly. I was impressed by his van which is like a little workshop. He was pleasant to talk to during the process but promptly left for his next job when he was done. This guy really knows what he is doing.

Great service, VERY VERY friendly, Mike is ex military, very personable and went out of his way to get extra parts for the job, he had great recommendations and suggestions.
