McGee Street Animal Hospital

Kristin at McGee Street is a fabulous groomer. My dog, Pete, was fired by another well known groomer in town b/c she was afraid Pete would bite her. Kristin has no problems with Pete. He looks great and is happy to see Kristin and the others at the clinic. On his birthday, he even got a special scarf! I highly recommend Kristin as a groomer.

Wonderful staff and wonderful care for our dogs

They do a good job and their prices are very competitive. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are willing to explore other things and options for me and get back to me on it.

The staff of Mc Gee Street Animal Hospital were great, genuine, nice, very competent and very pleasant. They did a great job.They have a wonderful veterinarian. He doesn't do more than what you need.

It was a great experience. Waiting room staff was kind and welcoming. We went to an exam room quickly and it wasn't long before they were helping us. Our dogs liked the staff, except when they got shots. ; ) I asked some questions, that they answered to my satisfaction. It was a very good experience.

We have been taking our canine kids here for five years and Dr. Emmert (and Dr. White) are both wonderful. Our boys are medium-large, 55 and 75 pounds, and very strong. Our and quot;big babyand quot; is deaf and quite skittish, but they are really good with him.

When I've had concerns after hours over the years, Dr. Emmert calls back very promptly and always reminds me it is better to call than worry and regret. The staff is friendly and competent; the entire office is very pleasant.

In November, my six-year-old was hit by a car (construction crew left gate unlatched) and suffered a broken and quot;armand quot; which required surgery and external fixation pins. It was extremely stressful, but I knew I could trust Dr. Emmert to do what was necessary and thoroughly explain my options. Knowing we were on a tight budget at the time, he was diligent about keeping our bill as reasonable as possible.

I've used other vets over the years and a few were really aggressive about pushing and quot;recommended services.and quot; That hasn't happened at McGee Street. I did give a and quot;Band quot; for price, but they are actually right on the mark with the other vets in Norman. It just seems that veterinary care has sky-rocketed in recent years.

Overall, we've been extremely satisfied with McGee Street and recommend them to friends often!
