Actually, it's hard to get a firm answer out of any of the contractors whereas Lowe's went in and they sent somebody out. I'm completely satisfied with Lowe's. They took care of business. I had windows put in by them and as well as flooring. They stand behind their work which is a good thing. There is always room for improvement.

It was great. I have no problems. They always call back when we call them. There was a part on the door that they had to reorder. I would recommend them. Their price is the reason why we used them. They were a lot cheaper than the other company who came for an estimate. They were on time. They did everything they were supposed to do. I have no complains at all.

The guys that installed it seemed like they really cared. You could tell when they're putting the doors that they were really looking on how they did it and got everything closed right. When they got finished they checked everything and explained everything to me. They're really good and right on time.

FROM THE VERY BEGINNING LOWES WAS FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MY DECISION OF WHAT TYPE OF FLOORING TO CHOOSE. THEY CONTACTED ME WHEN MY FLOORING ARRIVED ( WHICH WAS EARLIER THAN THEY PREDICTED). THE ONLY BUMP IN THE ROAD WAS WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY FLOORING THEY COULDNT FIND IT, HOWEVER THE STORE MANAGER CALLED ME AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY AT NO CHARGE. THE INSTALLER WAS REALLY NICE AND VERY GOOD AT WHAT HE DOES. AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING. I WILL USE THIS LOWES FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!!!!!!!!!

It always is great at this location.
A few years back I had previously purchased a Whirlpool Hot water heater and it went out after so many issues with
this model and Whirlpool never stepping up to take care of anything except parts and even made us pay shipping.
My Hot Water Heater went out 2 days after the warranty and Whirlpool wouldn't budge to help me.... the Manager took
care of it and swapped it out for a brand new unit!!
You can't beat that!!

Very professional service from purchase to install. Communications were great from Lowes and their contract installer and me from measuring to installing and follow-up calls by Lowes. Installer did a great job and I'm very happy with my new floors.

I have gotten the BEST deals on granite installation--you should see my daughter's kitchen--Lowes (Karla) helped me plan it and implement everything much cheaper than I could've gotten elsewhere (gotta catch the sales) and it looks great.

Lowe's did a super job. We liked this Lowe's. This is one of the good Lowe's. They were very good. They have good pricing. The people there have good advice and they are available. Their refund policy was excellent. I bought a water heater from them and it was not what I needed. The contractor bought a different water heater and I ended up with a water heater from Lowe's. I took it back and they refunded it just like nothing ever happened. They're super good. They load the stuff in the car, they take it back down. They're pretty good with pretty much everything. One thing I don't like about them is they seemed like moving all the way into automated check-outs and trying to wrestle with their machines and pay everything with credit card instead of people. They're my first choice when I needed something.

Dell, the sales representative that we worked with, was absolutely excellent. He was very attentive. He redrew the plan that was exactly what we wanted. He is easy to work with.

It was defective when it was delivered so they came out and repaired it the next day. I will use them again in the future.

I appreciate that they give me a military discount; they make sure to take care of veterans. I am pleased with the service I get there and I will continue to go to Lowes.

There is nothing-outstanding good or bad about them. The experience was fine. The staff was helpful. Everything is always expensive, but this time service is B grade. I always find someone to answer my questions.

When I went in the store to purchase the blinds, the saleswoman who helped me didn't really seem to knowledgeable. I went back two or three weeks later and I told her that I wanted blinds for my home. She was not very good at showing me the blinds, the prices and she just seemed lost. She was having troubles dealing with me. They had poor customer service; they would continue to call to check to see if the blinds had been installed, and it turned out that the man who was supposed to install the blinds had got in an accident and no one had informed me. It was a very poorly handled experience. They had to hire someone else to come and finish the job. It was a long and stressful process.
