The trees were beautiful and the planting went very smoothly. But in the first year, one of the trees showed signs of stress and this year a different tree died and the stressed tree looks worse. We always followed the care instructions carefully, so I was hoping Little River would help us identify the problem. When we bought the trees, Steve assured us that he would be there to help if we had problems or questions, but he never returns phone calls and has provided no help in trying to find a way to save that tree. I was disappointed in this lack of follow-up service, particularly since it seems like half our investment was just wasted. The trees offered by Little River are just lovely, and the original purchase and transplanting is their specialty. If you use them, though, I would advise you to get independent soil analyses and to find other sources of information and assistance.
