The service was friendly and the alteration was done well and in a timely manner.

They're really awesome. Especially with the materials, she always does it in a way where if I ever need to change it, I can which I love. She's really good. I wouldn't go anywhere else. She's just that awesome. The price is super fair. Their staff is just really nice. Usually, there's like a dressing room for me to change and fit the clothes for a more accurate fit.

It was wonderful. Kim was so professional, kind and efficient. We were very pleased with the end result. The dress was ordered online and needed quite a bit of altering.

i have been taking my clothes to kim's for several years. i'm not sure if they still do this but if you buy your jeans from cayman's, they do complimentary alterations there (just show them your receipt). the staff is very nice and helpful. i usually go on the weekends and it's busy which is a good sign of quality work.

i like that they keep the original hem on my jeans so they look the same as when i bought them. i've also taken dresses there. i am pleased with their services, but if i'm not, i can tell them and they'll fix the problem without any hesitation. i've taken my clothes to another alteration shop before and there was a significant difference in the quoted price and the final price. at kim's, i've never paid more than what i was originally told. i appreciate their consistency and good service.
