Joel Yording Heat and Air

I didn't know the model number of the unit I told him the company that made it and he knew what piece I needed. He came out on time and was done in 15- 30 minutes and had it working right. it cost $100 after to winters without heat and have had no problems. would for sure use him again.

before replacing the unit, joel made sure that it wasn't something he could just fix in order to save me the expense because I couldn't really afford a new one. he spent a lot of time checking it out and trying out parts. when that didn't work, I ordered a new one online and joel went and picked it up for me, then came back and installed it. the installation went very smoothly and the unit worked great with no problems afterwards.



this is not the first time I have used joel to help me, it's just the first time I've been able to leave a review on angie's list. I cannot recommend his services enough! joel is a delight...always professional...punctual...and will do whatever he can to come when I need his assistance. joel is multi-talented: not only does he do the heat and air, he can also do many household repairs, ie: plumbing, woodwork, car maintenance, etc.

Joel arrived on time and started the job on time. When he finished there were no surprises. A few days later the unit developed a leak that he had trouble fixing. But he came back several times without charge until the problem was finally solved often on weekends.
He is honest, fairly priced and stands by his work.

Our compressor kept throwing the breaker so we called a local A/C company and were told we needed a new compressor. They said this without coming out. On advice from a friend, we called Joel Yording. He was at our home that afternoon. After checking everything out, he said our compressor was dirty. He removed the fan motor, took our water hose and wash the compressor from the inside out for over half an hour. Our A/C worked without any problem the rest of the hot summer. I highly recommend Joel Yording because he will only fix what is needing to be fixed at a reasonable rate.
