It's great. They have a credit card they work with. If you use their credit card, you get a certain percent off. It's very useful. Every time you go in, they give you some coupons for the next time. We would go to another place if we didn't like their prices but we haven't gone to another place. If they can't do the job, they'll recommend a couple of people who maybe can.

Their customer service is good. It was easy to make an appointment. It was a comfortable experience waiting, and it wasn't a long wait. They were very professional.

Hibdon Tires Plus are great. The wait is about an hour. It's easy to get an appointment with them. They're very friendly and have done a good job of taking care of my tires and oil changes.

They are good and their price is reasonable.

I think they have good prices. I just trust them. I always go to them. They always do a good job on my car. The people are all nice.

We bring all our cars to Hibdon, not only for tires, but oil changes and any other mechanical matters that they handle. If you have a flat or low tire, they fix it for free. Truly the best customer service around.

I had just got on the road to go to Tulsa and got a warning light that something was wrong so I pulled in to Hibdon's. They were very friendly, offered to put the car up on the lift and check things out for me. I can't remember specifically what it was, but it was something minor so they took car of it for no charge and sent me on my way. If I remember right, they had us in their system and it was something they had worked on previously. I was very happy I could get on the highway with no worries. They have always stood behind the work they have done for us.

Was very impressed by their punctuality and good prices on the tires as they were on sale. They did front end alignment and worked on brakes. The work was in line with what other tire and car repair shops charged. It took several hours. Luckily there is a wal mart nearby, so I was able to amuse myself and do some shopping.

They have a warranty program, which is nice, but each time I have gone to them, I have had to go back repeatedly. The only reason I keep going back is that my fiance has a credit card with them. We have been debating on closing that and going to another auto service because we are displeased with them. They were brand new tires but it seems like every time I take them on a long drive, there is some kind of issue, and then I end up taking them back to be worked on. One time I took it in, they didn't even fix the problem, and they gave me an oil change instead, so I had to take it back again. Their price is reasonable. They are very responsive if you do have a problem but it is annoying having to take it back all the time. They are more than happy to fix the problem if they see one but having to back is inconvenient. They are usually punctual if you need to get in.

I would probably recommend them for tire service. There was a previous time that I saw them to have a tire changed and they did that for free. This recent time I visited them I bought the tires from them.

Went in for new tires, already having researched the tires I knew the size and brand already. The tires were in stock and I was told it would take about 1 hour. I also asked for the alignment to be checked. It took a little more than an hour to complete the tire install, and the technician showed me the report from the alignment check. I approved the alignment and that took approximately another 15 to 20 minutes. I also asked for the tire air pressure sensor to be reset and this was completed. Overall everything went smothly and considering how busy the store was they were able to finish all the work within a reasonable amount of time. The tire balancing and alignment are perfect, their workmenship is excellent.
