The technician arrived a little past the appointment time, but called ahead of time to let me know. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and spent two and a half hours checking and working on our system. He explained everything to me and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.

Matt is really professional did the job very well and timely. Recommend them for that and sprinklers for sure.

First they cut the gas line, cable , telephone, and TV lines, even after they had all been marked by Okie. Refused to fix or reimburse me for added expense to fix his mistakes. Charged me for 4 sprinkler heads not installed. The PVC pipe coming from the main water source caused a flood In my neighbors yard and mine had no glue on the connections. When notified of the water leakage he refused to fix it. The turn off valve for the sprinklers would not work so we had to turn the main water valve to the house off. It was 102 outside and us with no water. We had to hire plumber to fix water leak and gas leak. When I asked him to reimburse me he became very rude and said it was not his problem. Ended up filing lawsuit and he settled out of court repaying for all expenses incurred and the sprinkler heads that were not used. I don't understand how he can have a good reputation and treat people this way.

Buried his bobcat in my yard and didn't bother to call me and tell after, saw it in my yard when I came home from out of town. He left it there and went on weekend vacation. Still hasn' bothered to contact me just talked to his guys when they came out to get it out and we helped them put trees out with our tractor. Very un-professional.

All service was done without issue and I would recommend to a friend.

Overall I am happy with the new zones, but still dissatisfied with the two zones they connected together.

Called for sprinkler repair and to check system out. Made appointment and they were very prompt. Easily got everything back in working order and checked entire system. Have used them before and will continue to do so!

It went really good. They did a good job. I would use their services again in the future.

No problems, cleaned up after themselves and were polite

They were very quick to respond and seemed to be very thorough. They are good guys. They seemed to know what they were doing. They gave very good quality as far as I know but I have not compared it with somebody else's orchard. Their price seemed high but I have not been displeased.

I liked everything about them. They were punctual and professional. Their work and price were good.

Matthew, the owner, came out in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional, with no smoke and mirrors. The repair was quick and simple and he had the necessary parts on the truck. We are back in business. He also set our timer for optimal watering based on soil and weather conditions here in Oklahoma, which we appreciated. We are happy with the experience and to have a reliable resource for the future.

This is the second time in the past 3 years we have used Heads Up for sprinkler repairs. Appointments are made and kept in a timely manner and the work has been very good; cost very reasonable. Will definately use again in the future.

Heads Up Irrigation and Landscape was a terrible experience. It took forever to do the work. They left equipment around the yard. We could never get a hold of them to come back to finish the work. It was just a mess.
