Signed contract in June. Took money and did minimal work. Many attempts to notify him to get an approx finish date. Did not answer texts or calls. In December I requested a partial refund for the work yet to be completed. No refunds and no response. I was very surprised by his lack of attention. We used him before and he did fine on that job but based on this experience I cannot recommend him. Still waiting for Partial refund. I am considering legal action at this point.

The guy didn’t finish the job and he was horrible.  I would never use him again.  He wouldn’t even call us back.  He had the rocks bought and put them in.  They needed electricity for the fountain.  The electric outlet was not there for the rock that we put in by our front entrance.  He said that it was not a problem and that he could put it.  He then said that it would cost us a little bit more and we agreed.  He put the rock fountain and ran an extension cord to an outlet right across the house.  He said that we need to have an outlet put in over that place.  My husband called him and said that it wasn’t the deal and that he agreed to do the outlet.  He then agreed to come out and put it in.  We never heard from him.  We called him back, but never heard from him.  We even wanted him to come out and give us an estimate for some other job because he was also an interior designer.  But he didn’t call us back.  He was very unreliable.  The rock fountains were nice but we had to finish the electrical deal.  He did show up the day when he said he would come to put the rocks in.  He did put them in and they were all working when he left.  But one fountain had the electrical outlet across the house.  He didn’t even cover it up with the pebbles around the edges.
