They could improve their scores by not over-inflating their prices.  I got quality parts that were guaranteed for life from the other provider that I used, and they provided an extra year of the warranty on the part and the service.  That's something that Fowler did not offer.

The sales manager lied to me twice. He offered me a price for a car and when I looked up the internet price it was cheaper. He also told me no rebates were available for this car and found out from another employee that was a lie.

I waited there for them to service the car. It took them five hours to do the work. I was fine in the waiting room. They told me it would probably be between three and four and it ended up being five. I was okay with that; I couldn't do anything else. We had ordered the part the week before. The staff was great. I don't have any comparison, but I assume the price is okay. That is where I prefer to take my car, even though it is 30 miles from here.

Got call saying car needed caliper repair ( cost quote of $800+) and steering column needed to be replaced due to leakage (cost quote of $2300).  Questioned the leakage claim in my mind (since no fluids on drive where I park) so declined their "recommended" fixes, picked up car and paid for oil change, and took car to private mechanic who confirmed need for caliper repair (cost will be significantly less than Fowler's quote)) and advised that nothing was wrong with the steering column which was "dry as a bone" with no seepage or leakage of fluid.  Needless to say, I now question their business ethics.

Humiliating.  Toyota had troubles with this door and had provided extended coverage of some kind, the meaning was made deliberately dodgeable. I was over the mileage limit because I can used the vehicle 10, 000 miles a year from Panera Bread to Jesus house which didn't require use of the side door at all. In addition I had paid fowler for a repair prior to the extension.  It failed a second time and fowler won't help out on their estimate so I went to an independent but certified Toyota place. The door failed  again. Which brings me to this occasion.  After every word to her there was a " but" of some kind on her part.  No one listened, cared or was going to put up with my stupidity.  The door was stuck open so I paid with my pocketbook and my pride.  The Service itself was professional  
and timely. Other issues with my overhead garage door were not addressed except to volunteer that the mechanic hat did the work was let go. 2 0f 3 buttons worked before than none.

The service wasn't so good. The check out is poor, they  never called back on the part that I ordered that they are going to service the vehicle on. You have to wait for a long time to get somebody to see the vehicle and the prices were kind of high.

I decided to try somebody else because of my dissatisfaction with another dealer. I thought the price of the car was fair. They are okay. They don't call back. they were to put a part on the vehicle and they haven't done it yet. I think they will come through. But they aren't prompt about it. So I don't think I'll use them again as of today.
